Are you going to shout at me?

To shout at a pupil is not on. Shouting betrays lack of both control and professionalism.

Occasionally I hear from a pupil who has recently changed to Findley's from another school that they have been shouted at. If this is correct then it is not the act of a professional and they have taken the correct course of action by changing.

I can assure you that with Findley's driving school you are not going to be shouted at. That is a very simple statement to make and one that I can make with confidence. Instructors at Findley's driving school are professional.
