Debbie: -
Debbies' is the voice that you will most probably hear when you ring us. Debbie has a customer service background that was honed in the insurance industry.
Debbie deals with the telephone enquiries (god bless her, I wouldn't want the job) and takes care of the centralised test bookings. When you get a message saying that we have another customer for you, it is Debbie that you will be speaking to.
Martyn: -
My name is Martyn and I am a fully qualified working driving instructor often to be seen on the streets of Nuneaton and its surrounding areas. When I first started out I worked under a franchise agreement which weighed about as much as I did, since then I have worked on my own.
I am also responsible for this website. If you like it, great. If you don't, the blame rests here.
Between us we deal with the day to day hassles that come with running a driving school.
What are we trying to achieve?
Well we're not trying to get rich quickly that's for sure!
We have been in and observed this industry for long enough to know the truth. There is good and bad everywhere. We decided to open up a franchise that is not available to just anyone. To join us you have to agree with the more cynical one of the two that you are going to provide the best service to your customers that you possibly can.
The ten promises on the homepage are the minimum requirement and are not open to negotiation. The next person who tries to get me to leave out the back seat passenger bit will not be the first disappointed driving instructor in history.
Our aim:-
Simply put, this is to offer a franchise for quality instructors who wish to work within a genuine team rather than a rip off operation. Where they know that their skills and their frustrations are both understood and appreciated. The fee for this is to be fair to both us and the instructors who join us. We are only prepared to offer this service to a select group of instructors who are prepared to maintain their own high standards
Our promise:-
We will do what it takes to live up to our responsibilities to you. We recognise our duty to our instructors is to respect their professionalism and provide without fault the services that we offer.
Read those again carefully. We know the trade. You will be treated with the respect that you deserve. We will carry out our responsibilities to the fullest extent.
From our own experiences we know the value of a decent driving instructor and we are prepared to look after those that choose to work with us.

We will arrange a mutually convenient time and I will come to see you. At this time we can discuss anything that you wish. If you have not finalised your decision to join us yet but want to meet me anyway to discuss things then please call and make an appointment. I am not a high pressure salesman. I do not want you to join us unless you personally feel that you are ready. My standard approach is to visit, inform, answer any questions and leave. You will not be asked to decide with me there. You will be asked to think about it for a couple of days and if you are sure that this is the deal for you then you can ring us and we will sort out the paperwork.
